My name is Elaine, and I am a lifelong and dedicated dog lover. I have shared my life with dogs for many years and have always been deeply passionate about dogs and their welfare. I believe that every dog deserves to feel safe and to be treated with love and respect.
In 2017, I decided to offer a dog-walking service, but I soon realised the need for other services, such as daycare and boarding. I understood just how stressful and upsetting it could be to leave our beloved pets on their own, so I obtained my license from HBC and started WAGG ‘n’ HEELS.
I feel privileged to be able to pursue my dream of running my own business caring for dogs. I strongly believe in kind and ethical treatment, and I am dedicated to understanding their individual needs and behaviours and the best ways to support their care, health, and happiness.

As a qualified IMDT Easy Peasy Puppy Instructor, I specialise in positive, reward based puppy training. Classes cover all the essential foundations – such as recall, loose lead walking, toilet training and managing teething – as well as developing real-life skills to support you and your puppy together as a team.
So, whether you are welcoming a new puppy into your home, or are preparing for one soon, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. Together, we’ll help build your relationship, develop confidence, trust and understanding, strengthen your bond and set you both up for a happy future together.
Hoopers is a fun, low-impact, dog sport. Where your dog navigates around a flowing course of hoops, barrels and tunnels – no jumping involved! It’s all about teamwork, so whether your looking for a new way to bond with your dog, build confidence or just enjoy some active time together, our Hoopers sessions are an ideal way to do just that.
Because it’s low impact Hoopers is suitable for all breeds, ages and abilities. Come and give it a go!
These are designed to address your specific needs and those of your dog. I understand that not all dogs cope well or are comfortable in a class setting. This individualised approach is particularly beneficial for dogs that may be anxious around other dogs, easily distracted or have specific behaviour or training needs that require personalised attention. My aim is to provide a positive and effective learning experience tailored to your dog’s abilities and goals.
Pups & Over is a fun and supportive training class for dogs of all ages, from playful puppies to adolescent troublemakers and older dogs needing a refresher. Designed to build confidence, improve focus, and strengthen the bond between you and your dog, each session is tailored to your dog’s pace in a calm and relaxed environment.
Using kind and reward-based methods, we teach essential life skills such as recall, loose lead walking, polite greetings, and staying calm around distractions. As a member of The Dog Trainer School, I also offer structured and recognised skill levels so you can track progress and celebrate milestones along the way.
Here at Wagg ‘n’ Heels we offer a reliable & fun dog walking service where every dog is provided with an opportunity to exercise in a safe & secure setting. Our dog walks encompass a walk and train approach, filled with enriched, enjoyable interaction with us and other canine companions.
Our dog walking service can provide your dog with supervised social interactions and exercise during the day when you are out at work, have other family commitments or if you struggle to give your dog the exercise they need. Exercise is not only important for your dog’s physical health, it is also hugely beneficial to their mental health too. Providing opportunities to explore and investigate different environments, discover new sights, and smells can prevent boredom & behavioural issues. Rest assured your dog will be happy and relaxed after a good walk.
We offer both group and one to one walks. Groups will be selected with no more than 4 dogs at a time whilst in public areas. Dogs will be matched according to temperament, play styles and any specific needs. With permission, they will have the opportunity to run off lead, socialise, burn off that energy and of course, have fun!
One to one walks are a great choice for nervous, anxious or reactive dogs that may struggle in a group setting and will receive undivided attention and a walk bespoke to their individual needs.

Your dog will have the opportunity to interact with other canine companions on walks & playtime, if they like cuddles then they will not be disappointed, they will have plenty of warm and cosy places to curl up in for rest and relaxation just as they would at home.

Are you looking for a professional dog boarder in a home from home environment? Whether it’s for a night, a week or longer, Wagg ‘n’ Heels provides a five star dog boarding service & ensures your dog is safe, comfortable, happy and well looked after.
During their stay, your dog will be treated with utmost care and attention and will be made to feel like a part of our family. We will follow their existing routine to make them as comfortable as possible during their stay. Your dog will participate in group walks, enjoy social interactions and have a structured day to keep them entertained and fulfilled. Overnight, dogs are made comfortable and kept in a safe and cosy space to help aid a restful night ready for another day of fun.
Our dog boarding creates an opportunity for you to go away knowing your dog is in safe hands and that they will enjoy their holiday as much as you do yours.
